To my devoted clients & associates of Cramer Levine & Company Architects:
Retirement is a time to look ahead with anticipation and a time to look back with tremendous gratitude to all of you who have been an integral part of my success as an Architect and Principal of Cramer Levine & Company Architects (CL). I am writing to share with you some wonderful news. Mr. Steve Habeeb, President of Habeeb & Associates Architects (www.habeebarch.com) has taken over our project portfolio as of July 1, 2022. This exciting collaboration came about due to our shared client-centered philosophies that are conducted within very similar market types.
I am also pleased to let you know that Joseph Mello Jr., RA, who many of you have worked with over the years at CL, is now at Habeeb & Associates and he will be delighted to continue working with you on your projects. My hope is that you will reach out to Habeeb & Associates for all your architectural projects, knowing with full confidence from me, that you will receive the same expertise and integrity as you had with CL.
Looking back on my 40 years in business, it is bittersweet to close shop, but at 70 years old, and recently having had successful kidney transplant surgery, the time is right for me to retire. Thank you for all the projects awarded to CL. Thank you for all the opportunities to work with such wonderful businesses, and thank you for all the meaningful, lifelong partnerships that have developed over the years. Thank you to all our past employees for your dedication to excellence.
To our clients, the most meaningful part of my day was interacting with you and your teams, either by phone or in-person and seeing your finished projects come to fruition. I am excited knowing you will be able to make your “visions a reality” with Habeeb & Associates.
Sincerely,
Howard V. Levine
